Jane Lawson has visited Japan more than 16 times over the past 20 years, such is her passion for the country, its fascinating culture and its cuisine. Jane began cooking at the age of eight. After many years working as a chef in Sydney, she moved into publishing, combining her love of cookbooks and cooking.
