Potter's Boy

Description

Potters Boy is a moving and beautiful story about finding your true path. Ryo witnesses a lone warrior scare bandits away from the village in which he has grown up, and sets his heart on training to become like the hero he saw. He sets out on a journey to find his way in the world, and his encounters with the people he meets leads him to a true understanding of what it means to follow his dream.

Author description

Tony Mitton is a poet and a writer for children. His publications include books of lyric and narrative verse across a wide age range, verse picture books and his first novel Potter's Boy. He has received many awards for his books, most recently the CLPE children's poetry award for his narrative verse book Wayland. He lives in Cambridge with his wife. They have two grown-up children.
