Author(s): Anita Ganeri

Children's Non-Fiction

Explore contains everything you will ever need to know to survive and thrive when traveling the four corners of the globe - from the ice caps of the poles to the dusty dunes of the Sahara. Kids can find out everything from: how to survive going over the Niagara Falls; how to paddle up the Zambezi; how to make a snow hole at the north pole; how to land a seaplane on lake Titicaca; how to find the source of the Nile; how to spot terrible tropical diseases, and much more. It is the perfect book for adventurous kids. This book is part of the 'Buster Know-How' series, a collection of books that teaches adventurous and imaginative kids everything they will ever need to know about getting by in this wide, whacky world.
